Flooded Basement?
Nobody wants a pond in their basement. Heavy rain and melting snow tends to seep through foundations and leave these spaces wet. If you don’t have anywhere for this moisture to go, this can lead to mold and foundation damage. The longer this goes without correction, the more damage you will face. A sump pump is an easy solution to a big problem.
Clogged Pipes
The source of clogged pipes range. Here you see dirt that clogged the sewer main due to a cracked pipe. The dirt settled into this pipe and acted almost like cement. This pipe was connected to the town sewer and was made of clay. We see a lot of issues with these old pipes failing. We cut the pipe, snaked it to the sewer main and replaced with PVC to allow for proper drainage. If you notice slow draining water, don’t wait until its too late. These problems usually only get harder to fix as sediment and debris build up.

Who hasn’t dreamed of washing their clothes in their closet? This client had a large walk in closet and decided to make their lives easier by adding a washer/dryer combo unit. With access to the plumbing right behind the wall we were able to tie into the existing plumbing and bring their vision to life!
